Join me for a special 'barre & bucks fizz' launch class on Saturday 1st September @ 10am. Try the class & stay for a glass of fizz afterwards! Barre Pilates combines basic ballet barre exercises with Pilates, body conditioning moves and stretches. It is taught as a standing class using the ballet barre followed by a short mat-work section to finish. The exercises are designed to tone and strengthen your bottom, legs, core & pelvic floor whilst improving your posture and flexibility.
